Mainly, I am searching for a hosting company that charges monthly. I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a host.

Found chime host - http://www.chimehost.com but I can't seem to find many websites reviewing them. I see hostgator on comparison sites but they require advance payment for the low price.

so what you guys think?
